Solana: twin floors at 95.54 and 95.82 frame a 3D trend now pointing down

Oct 28, 2026 · SOL

Solana's 3D trend has flipped down with strong strength, yet price at 101.91 sits in a pocket framed by weekly and 3D floors at 95.54 and 95.82 and ceilings at 109.05 and 110.6. The weekly 20-period EMA below price and the 3D one above it explain why the two timeframes disagree.

What changed since the previous read

The previous read had Solana at 99.03 with the 3D trend up, strength moderate and momentum in the bullish band, and alignment conflicting because the monthly pointed down against an up 3D and weekly. Price is now 2.91% higher at 101.91, but the 3D has flipped from up to down. Alignment is still labelled conflicting, though the 3D now sides with the monthly, leaving the weekly as the only up timeframe.

On the 3D, strength rose from moderate to strong and momentum moved from bullish to neutral, with RSI 11.39 points lower at 49.81. On both the weekly and monthly, trend strength eased from moderate to weak.

The level ledgers changed as well. The previous read's 3D support list held a single level, the ten-touch shelf at 72.373. A new pivot at 95.82 now sits above it as the nearest 3D support. The 3D resistance that sat at 108.98 with two touches is now listed at 109.05 with three. On the weekly, the nearest support moved from 95.26 with one touch to 95.54 with two, and a new resistance at 124.95 has appeared between 110.6 and 147.71.

The pocket price sits in

The 3D and weekly scans frame price from both sides:

Inside that pocket sit the two 20-period EMAs that split the trend read. The weekly average at 96.27 is below price, close to the twin floors, which keeps the weekly trend up. The 3D average at 106.45 is above price, with the 3D 20-period SMA at 108.04 just beneath the 109.05 ceiling, which is why the 3D reads down.

The timeframes now

3D. Trend down, strength strong with an efficiency ratio of 0.52, momentum neutral. MACD has turned over: the line at 3.40 is below the signal line at 5.83, with a histogram of -2.43, where the previous read showed a positive histogram. The ATR stands at 8.20.

Weekly. Trend up, strength weak, momentum neutral, with RSI at 52.12, 2.84 points lower than in the previous read. MACD remains above its signal line, with the histogram at 2.31.

Monthly. Trend down, strength weak, momentum neutral, with RSI at 45.88, 0.64 points higher. Price is below both the 20-period EMA at 112.82 and the 20-period SMA at 125.92. The monthly levels are distant: support at 67.66 with three touches, 33.61% below, and resistance at 143.51 with one touch, 40.82% above. The monthly MACD histogram stands at -3.97.

Deeper structure

Below the pocket, the next floors are far lower: the weekly 72.60 on four touches and the 3D 72.373 on ten, the most-tested level on the board. The nearest bullish order blocks cluster just above those shelves, on the 3D from 74.69 to 76.62 (25 bars old) and on the weekly from 74.1 to 77.33 (11 bars old), zones where prior buying concentrated. No scan lists a bearish order block, and the monthly lists no zones.

Above the pocket, the weekly resistance ladder continues at 124.95 and 147.71, the latter with three touches; the 3D lists 124.95 and 147.83.

How the read fits together

Solana's chart is a split read with clear edges. The 3D has turned down with strong efficiency and a bearish MACD crossover, the monthly remains down beneath its averages, and the weekly holds an up label on weak strength. Price sits roughly mid-pocket between the 95.54 to 95.82 floors and the 109.05 to 110.6 ceilings. Traders often treat the edges of such a band as the levels to watch, and here each edge is confirmed by two separate scans.
